Storage period

Contact and booking details are kept for as long as you remain a student or client, and for a reasonable period afterwards to deal with any invoicing or administrative matters, after which they are deleted.

Sharing with staff and subcontractors

Your details are shared only with the tutor assigned to your lessons and, where relevant, with a bookkeeper handling invoicing; they are not sold or passed to third parties for marketing.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us directly, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
