Who does the work
We do not put a lesson in front of a student until another tutor has taught it themselves and told us what confused them.

Enquiry and Level Check
You tell us why you're learning and roughly where your Italian stands, either from experience or a short phone assessment, and we use that to shortlist a tutor.

Fixed-Price Course Proposal
You receive a written plan covering levels, session count and total cost, which does not change once you agree to it.

Lessons Begin, Reviewed Weekly
Your tutor teaches to the agreed plan, and our head of curriculum checks progress every few weeks so the pace can be adjusted if it isn't working.
What we stand behind
If, after the first two sessions, the level or format is clearly wrong for you, we will move you to a more suitable group or refund the unused portion. This applies to courses booked directly with us and does not extend to exam results, which depend on more than tuition alone.
