Plans change, and the terms below explain when a refund applies. They cover both individual lesson bookings and course or term enrolments.

Cancellation window
Cancel by phone or email at least 24 hours before the agreed start and you incur no charge. Cancellations made later may be billed for the cost of any materials already purchased on your behalf, as stated in the quote.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule at no cost. We will offer the nearest available slot within one business day.
Section · 03
When a refund applies
A full refund is due when we cancel, when we cannot deliver the agreed course, or when the outcome does not match the quote and we are unable to put it right within a reasonable time.
- A single lesson cancelled more than 24 hours in advance is rebooked or refunded in full.
- A group course cancelled before the second session receives a refund minus the deposit.
- Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered and are not refunded.
- Business bookings follow the cancellation terms set out in the corporate agreement.

Requesting a refund
- Contact us by phone or email stating the session or course to cancel.
- We confirm whether the cancellation falls within the refundable window.
- Any refund due is returned by bank transfer within a few working days.
