How do I get a quote for a course?
Tell us your current level, roughly, and what you want the Italian for, and we'll send a written quote covering the full course within a couple of working days. Nothing is charged until you accept it.
What happens if a lesson needs to be rearranged?
Let us know before the session and we'll move it to another time within the same week where possible. Persistent late changes on our side are covered by the thirty-day reschedule guarantee.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due on completion of each block of lessons, by cash or bank transfer. We don't take payment upfront for lessons that haven't happened yet.
How do you check that a tutor is properly qualified?
Every tutor sends us their teaching qualification and undergoes a DBS check before we assign a single student, and our head of curriculum sits in on a trial lesson before they teach unsupervised.
